I recently switched to a full body routine Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Creatine- take 3-5g for the first 4-5 weeks daily and then at least 4x a week
Glutamine- that's fine if that's what you want to do, but not necessary
Whey- use to meet your macros. It's not necessary post work out. If you took it before bed you'd have the same results.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Glutamine is most likely a waste. I wouldn't buy any more. You don't need a shake post workout, a meal will be good too. There's no anabolic window so don't worry about that. If you're saturated you can dose creatine about 4 times per week, any time of day, to maintain.

Drop the glutamine and save your money
Whey is fine post-workout or get in a solid whole food meal
Creatine 3-5g on workout days is fine no need to cycle/load you could even dose it one extra day at 3-5g

I would take the creatine on your off days. I just prefer to take it every day. Once you are saturated, 4 days a week at 3-5 grams is sufficient.
