I recently switched to a full body routine Monday, Wednesday & Friday
I take Creatine Pre w/o , Glutamine before bed, and Whey Post W/O
Should i take these supplements on my days off ?
And how should i take them ?

Creatine- take 3-5g for the first 4-5 weeks daily and then at least 4x a week
Glutamine- that's fine if that's what you want to do, but not necessary
Whey- use to meet your macros. It's not necessary post work out. If you took it before bed you'd have the same results.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Glutamine is most likely a waste. I wouldn't buy any more. You don't need a shake post workout, a meal will be good too. There's no anabolic window so don't worry about that. If you're saturated you can dose creatine about 4 times per week, any time of day, to maintain.
