    Precooked Breakfast Ideas

I need some good breakfast ideas that I can cook the day before. I started morning workouts and I don't have time to cook in the morning. Any good ideas would be welcomed.

    Overnight oats
    Pancakes
    Hardboiled eggs
    Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
    Ham sandwich
    ...

So many options. It depends on the macros/calories you want for you pre-workout/breakfast.

Easiest route would be a shake. Whey, berries, coconut oil, juice, ect ... blend it up, pour it in a shaker cup and you're out the door.

You could also make a big batch of protein pancakes, and pop a few in the toaster in the morning. Heats up as quick as bread, and takes no effort. Little maple syrup or fresh fruit on top ...

Egg whites and oats is another easy one. Mix, pop into microwave for a minute or two, hit with some cinnamon and fresh fruit, maybe some milk if you're in to that kinda thing ... done in no time with minimal effort.

    Frittata!

You can allow for just about any macros, too, since you can include carb-dense add-ins like potato or sweet potato and plenty of vegetables like onions, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato, whatever. And any ratio of eggs to egg whites to cheese (any kind--goat, cheddar, etc.). I should make frittatas more often...

Make an egg casserole in the crockpot on Sunday and that should be enough breakfast for all week.

Hard boiled eggs and peanut butter on toast FTW!

Boil the eggs the night before and toast takes like 2 mins. Laughing!

I just cooked up 6lbs of homemade sausage patties.
I let them cool, throw them in a bag, and freeze em. Just grab a couple in the morning, microwave, and make up a couple eggs with them.
I usually do this for when I have to get up at 4am for work and I need something quick to throw together.

Hard boil eggs the night before. Most common breakfast I eat is a few hard boiled eggs, 7oz Greek yogurt with blackberries and either 1/2 or a whole avocado. If you own a slow cooker, steel cut oats are great to cook overnight and would be ready by the morning.

fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and any kind of sandwich would make great options for a pre-prepared breakfast.
Only thing is that with the exception of fruit, it gets kind of dry.
