Best bcaa product to mix with gal of water

Hey everyone i have been puting 4 scoops ib my gallon of water to drink during the day and PERSONALLY i feel more hydrated during the whole day!

I am using xtend watermelon.. I need 4 scoops to get my water to my taste.. But is there any other flavor that taste stronger? I was also thinking in ai recover pro.

Price is ok id rather spend money on this then beer like most...

There is no need to tell me its a waste ect i will do it no matter what.

What flavor xtend are you using? There's quite a few people who do this and I see them on Instagram all the time mentioning the gallon club, I don't use mine like that though.

To be honest, xtend watermelon is the weakest of flavoring of their product line I've tried. Mango, green apple and blue raspberry are all stronger.

But, BB.com Amino Recovery has VERY strong flavoring. Might want to give that a go if youre using that much water. Both are top notch products though

Xtend mango, green apple, and fruit punch are stronger than watermelon. Those might be worth trying. They are delicious too.

I always mix Strive in at least 48 oz. water and the flavor holds up extremely well

all the flavors have been revamped and the logs that were recently completed raved about the green apple flavor, but I just tried cherry limeade today and I think that may be even better

It's hindering your MPS and giving small constant insulin spikes that I wouldn't personally want to be doing, but to each their own. 2 scoops of Sour Batch Kids Iso-amino should do the trick for you OP. XTend would probably be the next one I'd go too.

this! 1.5 scoops of compete can easily flavor a gallon of water. i usually fill my shaker cup, drink half, refill with water drink half refill etc. 2-3 times and the flavor can easily stay consistent through ll those refills.

Absolutely. Complete waste of money. Buy mio or something for this. BCAA's need to be taken as a bolus to achieve the MPS effects. Hence why BCAA's intra-workout are also another commonly incorrect way to be doing them.
