Low Rep vs High Rep Mainteance

I reached my 1.5x bodyweight bench press & 2x bodyweight squat using the All Pro Beginner Routine. However, oddly enough I like my physique and do not want to get bigger just lose more body fat and look cut.

So the question is do I go for the
    a. 10-12 reps and keep my same weights just alternate in 3 week cycles of full body(Squat, SLDL, BP)
    b. 6-8 reps and increase the weights as necessary with the same exercise just increased weights.

I'd ideally like to increase my cardio and lessen strength training to 2x a week instead of 3.

If you do allpro heavy once a week you will not loose strength. Endurance will suffer but strength and muscle size will not go down. Alternatively i ran bar bones greyskull LP 1-2 times a week for 3 months and restarted allpro with 10lbs heavier weight. My time in the gym was cut by 2/3 and i could break up the work throughout the day.

you could probably keep strength with 2x a week full body workouts, reps are probably insignificant. But come on man, 155lbs?

I think when you cut you will find you look too small.

But to answer your question, 2xFBW is fine - probably aim for sets of 3 sets of 6-8 reps as this is a good combination of volume, tension and metabolic fatigue.
