Just made a shake
Kale
spinach
broccoli
Celery
Strawberries
Banana
Plain Greek yogurt
Apple juice
Came out good srs. Sweet. However the texture.....Das not it mane. bunch of little seeds from the Strawberries and broccoli. Bad texture but otherwise good ttaste. Any tips?
I put a cup of each above except the yogurt and it ended up making like 10 cups. That's a **** ton and now I'm bloated as Fuk. Low cals and will keep me full for a while so its good while I'm cuttingPSN: andr01d_713

for those of you that can't find spirulina, just get on amazon. Other ingredients I like adding are carrots/celery/ground flax seeds/fresh herbs/Hemp seeds/chard/cucumbers/always love the ginger since I love spicy things

tried it today, tasted pretty good. I don't use any whey so just left it out.

half avocado
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
kale
spinach
almond milk
