    2 weeks isn't a long time to look noticeably different. Especially to yourself, as you will see yourself daily, making it harder to see change when it is so gradual. You've said you've lost weight, so it sounds like you are on the right track. As far as weighing yourself, make sure you are doing it under constant circumstances. For example, first thing in the morning, in boxers and before eating.

    Weight constantly fluctuates. I'm very consistent in what I eat, and when I weigh myself, yet I still see a fair amount of fluctuation. I'd even suggest weighing yourself 3 days in a row, getting an average, and doing the same thing in consecutive weeks for a more accurate picture.

    Been making a veggie shake everyday for breakfast the last couple weeks. Half of it is baby spinach and raw kale.

    Has anyone's poop turned green after this? I have pretty dark green turds after making the shakes. This weekend I actually didn't have any shakes and my morning poop was still green, but more of a sour apple green color lmao.

    what do i put with Kale so it doesnt taste thick and ****ty? I tried pineapple and it just tastes nasty with the kale overtones...Brocolli must be impossible to cover up without tasting like burnt armpit hair...Do you guys put tons of fruit in it to cover it up?

    just half mango & handful blueberries. Also you may want to add scoop vanilla protein to improve the taste.

    Do not use kale.

    Kale is a killer for taste.

    I replaced kale with carrot & orange bell pepper (so I can still reap the benefits of vitamin A & C without the awful taste)

    Also, instead of brocolli I use purple cabbage. This delivers the same cruciferous veggie benefits as brocolli without the bad taste.

    I got this chit down to a science.

    If you insist on GREEN veggie, use spinach.

    ever since this thread started i have been nearly religiously doing this. I use a lot of spinach, cinnamon, honey, turmeric, black pepper, banana usually. Some times spirullina/ whey /berries/creatine

    So I've been at this for about a month now. It's taken some trial and error. (3 cloves of garlic was a horrible mistake) I'm definitely going to stick with it.

    Been at this a couple of months to try and speed up recovery from injury plus overall health. Not really got very daring with recipes yet but I drink 2 quarts a day. I mainly have carrot, fennel & orange. Then later cucumber, spinach, celery & apple. I feel pretty damn good, so I will continue.

    have you noticed an improvement in your recovery?

    I also started juicking/blending with the goal in mind to get more vitamin C, as I'd read that a deficiency can prevent your body from creating collagen for new tissue. I've been trying to heal from bad tendinitis for nearly a year now.
