It's arms over everything. I average probably at least 1 compliment on my arms a day. Got 3 today from customers. After that it's dependent on the girls preference but they all like arms. I imagine the number of people that have 17+ inch arms at sub 12% body fat is on track with the number of guys that have a 3 plate bench. With that said, stay lean and get big and don't neglect arms.
