Looked fine. Do you always look down rather than forward? Not a criticism cause it probably doesn't effect the lift but you might be more inclined to stay on your heels when the weight gets heavier and your form breaks down somewhere.

Not sure if you're aware of this but if you lost like 10lbs you could break the deadlift collegiate record in Ontario. I was just looking at Ontario PL records and the deadlift record is 522lbs for the 205 weight category.
