I used to love the free samples but bb.com got pretty jewy over the past few years. Not that I like to take just any crap sups i can get my hands on any more. But that was always an incentive a while back. They used to hook it up. Plus I don't think I was even able to find a 10% off code last time i wanted to order, so I just went elsewhere simply bc they seem greedy to me.

with no weight, I can move it wherever.
i'll try to keep this short cause I tend to type too much.
when i first injured it ~May 26, I wasn't worried at all. It felt like a little impingement. I kept working out normally (chest/biceps/triceps/back) and was fine, except I stopped working shoulders for a week.
A little later (maybe 5 days) I started to feel pain when lifting something overhead, and doing even 10 lb lateral raises was causing pain. I could still work out my upper body normally though.
Then one day I felt extreme pain once just by lifting my hand in a lateral raise fashion (was trying to see where the pain was at), got super scared and sad.
Since, I took 2 weeks off completely from working out. now, for the last 2 weeks I've been working out at my house with very light weights, like 30 lb DB for biceps, 15 lb DB for triceps, 30 lb DB for chest press, and I'm now up to 10 lbs for lateral/front rasies, 5 lbs rear raises. I do a ton of warming up and working from low weight now on all exercises, esp shoulders. I never feel pain when working out but I do get worried when doing something like chest press.
I also stopped feeling pain when lifting something overhead, although I'm pretty sure I'll feel a ton of pain if I had to do something like a 20 lb DB snatch.
my shoulder has been cracking a ton ever since I tried to immobilize it for a couple weeks. sometimes I feel a little pain, then it cracks, and the pain goes away.Full Blown Baby

I've got really long traps so my shoulders sit quite low. That coupled with some weakness in my scapular and surrounding muscle is causing my upper traps and neck to bare a lot of extra weight. This is causing me stiffness and pain in the right side of my neck.
I was just thinking if this chick sees all walks of life from young to old in her profession and I'm the odd looking one I must be some sort of grotesque son of a bitch.A pattern in the chaos.

Doesn't sound like a tear, but still get it checked out. If you had a tear you probably wouldn't be able to lift your arm without pain, let alone work shoulders or chest with any amount of weight. You probably suffered a strain, in which case light rehab is the route to go.
I strained my rotator cuff in High school playing baseball. I was throwing at full strength after a month or so off and rehab (with no surgery) after I was barely able to lift my arm over my head.... I reinjure it every few years playing ball so you may be more prone to injury in the future if it is just a strain, but if you are smarter about it then me, you will probably be fine.
I have an insane amount of cracking in both my shoulders. Its from scar tissue, it doesn't necessarily mean its a tear.4% shredded with striated!

must have been about 5 or so years ago. basically i took 6 months off, just did cardio. when i came back it was incredibly light. i was rowing 15kg dumbels. after 3 months i was rowing 35s. but to this day i train very carefully.
i tok 2 years off recently, started up again 4 months ago. my torn delt is less capped than the other one, its not something u would notice. if i went full blown and ripped then i'm sure the difference would become more apparent. but as a natty its visually almost the same.

sigh, just found out someone hacked my paypal and took $900 in prepaid cards out of my account. I literally have -$100 in my bank account, beyond poverty lol.
interesting. thanks, hopefully I can recover like you did. my shoulder doesn't crack nearly as much now, it only did it for like 4 days after I tried not moving it for a week.
