Looking for people my age to connect with on bb.com to discuss methods for our generation. I workout every morning at 4:40am. Mostly free weights, old school style. No x-fit here. Hit me up if you're interested.
Best,
CM

I'll be 38 next month, and totally feel my age. I started feeling it about a year and a half ago. Recovery is my main issue. It can take me a week to recover from a leg workout! Pre 35, I rarely got sore no matter how hard I worked in the gym.
I have noticed a difference since starting a new multivitamin that is food based with herbal combinations. But yes, getting older and have all kinds of problems popping up...it sucks!Go heavy or go home

Relax a minute. No one is denying that age is a factor in life, or that issues don't exist. Very few here will let it be an excuse for not continuing to improve ones self.
Do what you need to do, but do not expect too many to here, or anywhere most likely (some will for sure) to agree that at your current age (37, in case this thread is revived 10 years from now by some white knighter), that your age is that much of an issue all by itself. You eat right, and you went to the doctor. Seems like no significant issues were uncovered.
Go work out, eat, rest and repeat.
