Hi pros,
I'd like to try twinlab 2000 amino acid tablet. However, the suggested number of tablets to take is quite confusing to me. It says 2 to 4 tablets daily with each meals (based on 2000 calorie diet). I have three main meals daily. Does it mean that the total number of tablets that I should take in a day is between 6 and 12? Kind of freak me out.
Or, should I take 1 tablet with each meal and thus having a total of 3 tablets daily?
Thanks to all.

Well based on the tablet instructions and based on how much you eat a day I would say yes that 6-12 is probably the range you will fall in. You can't really overdose on bcaa's. They are simply amino acids which are broken down from protein.
I would recommend taking the BCAAs actually in between meals or prior to training as you will have a greater benefit from them then opposed to with meals (assuming your meals contain a high quality complete protein source in a good amount.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep
