For me, it was when I fell on a guy doing bench press because my sweatpants caught in the bench and because I was carrying dumbbells, I couldn't catch myself.

Was benching 205, tried to go for the 5th rep. Buckled, and crushed myself. Some random guy came up to free me from the bar. It was only awkward because you can't really make an excuse for that kind of thing. I just said "Thanks a lot. Thought I could do it, guess not."
Only time it's ever happened to me, and I haven't seen him since. Luckily it was only the two of us inside the gym so no one else witnessed it.

-staring at me again while I'm doing box squats
-just in my compression shorts in the locker room about to put jeans on and walk back to my apt since it's feb and mad cold out
-kid appears out of nowhere staring at my ass and says with the creepiest look "those squats have been paying off"
-bert stare and gtfo of there

My friend tore his butthole open doing squats too heavy at LA Fitness. I had to hold his hand for like 15 minutes until the ambulance came.

- a while back i tried to do 270lbs without spotter, idk what went through my head but i just wanted to go PR... i lift the bar.. still going good.. do one rep... push it back up and suddenly muscles just give out.. the bar slowly lowers to my chest and that's it mane.. i was there for a good 10-15 seconds when some random dude came up
dude: need help?
me: uhh yeah
dude: there you go
me: yeah thanks a lot for saving my life.

Doing leg press which was next to some other leg machines, some cuties were doing their legs there, i casually looked over scanning their tight bodies and imagining what it would be like to phuck them.
I load up leg press, do 1 rep as i am pushing the weight back up i rip out a intense fart... the kind of fart that sounds like a machine gun and you can feel the airwaves from.. i quickly looked over to the right and i saw one look at me like "did i just hear that correctly?" i looked over as if nothing happened trying to keep my cool.. about 20 seconds later there was a putrid smell.. i just sat there doing leg press as if it was just a random sound, inhaling my own fart trying to keep the act up.. in the corner of my eye i can see she is rubbing her nose, she quickly stands up looks at me and leaves.
From that day on i could never look that chick in the eyes..

I'd have to go with failed attempts at bench pressing. "Last set of bench I can get two more", then proceed to have no up button and somebody comes over to help you out.
Or had my headphones unplug a couple of times with some questionable music playing. Get a few awkward looks.
Almost forgot about this one. Was doing calf raises on the machine, HBB walks in smiles and waves in my direction, I smile and wave back, She looks at me with a weird look and proceeds to talk to her friend behind me. Did a 360 and walked right out the joint.

some girl was texting on a situp vertical/slant bench. She was texting for at least 5 minutes. I wanted to use the bench.
so I asked her to use it and she started yelling at me to get over myself & stop trying to flirt with her.

This happened like 3 yrs ago.
Was doing cable rows and the cable broke while I was pulling and I did a triple backflip, was kinda awkward, good thing it wasn't crowded, some people laughhed but I stood up and carried on.*Cold shower crew*

I did this BUT mine went something like this:
-do my regular weight on the bench
-feel super confident and load up bar
-do one rep, two reps, third rep struggle, go for fourth and bar wont move off of my chest
-relax because the weight of the bar on my chest hurts but isnt killing me, gather strength and probably make a rookie mistake in trying to free myself and push bar down towards my thighs
-bar crushes my stomach, nutsack, phone in my pocket, rips my headphones off my head...just a chitty situation
-finally am able to sit up and throw the bar on the floor and look around...see myself in the mirror BEET red, with people all around me doing their own thing but i know for a fact a few people saw me and no one helped.

got a few.
1. guy asks me if i'm done with the DB's i was using. got mixed up trying to say, "i'm all set" and "they're all yours" and ended up telling him, "I'm all yours." brb switching gyms
2. Was doing incline DB bench, bench wasn't fully locked so half way through the bench drops to a flat position and makes a pretty loud clashing noise. notice ppl close by looking at me and don't know what to do so just keep benching and finish my set on flat bench. brb switching gyms
3. two sloots walking by while i'm finishing seated chest press. get up and see them coming so take a step to the side to not block whole aisle, beta as fck, and end up walking straight into the machine. walked into it hard enough there was actually a cut on my shoulder area, trainer was walking by as this happened and just looked at me and laughed. brb switching gyms♣BOSTON STRONG♣
