My work has a little gym downstairs but it's poverty. Anyway, I've been going to this hiit class after work for the past 3 weeks and I can say that today is the first day that I'm not debilitated and can walk without crying. It's a good day.

They have a bunch of classes here that are part of the wellness plan, always wanted to try yoga as they say it's good for preventing and fixing injuries. Also, yoga pants.

The classes aren't at my work, they're actually a lot like crossfit (no negs), and some of the chicks there are hnnnnnggggggg. The workouts are hard as hell and I never thought I could be so sore without weights. I went into it thinking it would be no big deal because I've been lifting for years. I was really really wrong.

Agreed. Hell, I get sore from golfing because I'm using muscles that don't normally activate during a standard workout session. I wake up feeling like I've been in a 12 round boxing match with Mike Tyson.

Try to get myself sore every workout but if I do anything functional or weird I will be extremely sore lol
