You don't need a reason to help people.

Hernia surgery. Had the left side done back in March last year, 9 months later the other side decided it wanted to break on me
Yeah man. It was stupid. I was doing push-ups and kind of sagging in the middle, I tried to straighten and boom, painU.S. Army Veteran

Yeah, I did PIITB, twice. She liked it, confirmed she's a freaky sloot. She still sends me snapchats every now and then, not sure why lol. Moral of the story is don't try to get serious with a 19 year old who has serious emotional and daddy issues, at least without expecting everything to be perfect.

Not sure if what I just did was really stupid or just bold. Job recruiter contacted me to ask about submitting my resume for a sweet new job. I said sure even though I'm happy at my current place (couldn't hurt to see what the deal is, especially because salary might be double). She initially said they were really interested, but they then told her no thanks.
After thinking about it for a few minutes and then realizing that it was a public job posting to begin with, I applied directly through the job posting on their website. Maybe this is just my ego convincing me that I wasn't the problem, but I could see them shooting down otherwise good candidates if submitted by a recruiter for a public job posting since they'd have to pay the recruiter a fee equal to 20-25% of the salary for the position. Typically the employer works privately through the recruiter if they want to use a recruiter, and posts the job publicly if they don't. They'll either be glad to see my application submitted without a recruiter logo on my resume this time, or they'll think I'm crazy/stupid and laugh heartily at my expense.
Had to vent feelings/thoughts a bit. Carry on.
