I'm a trainer and fitness instructor and spend most of the day on my feet. Also usually lift for a couple hours and do an hour of cardio daily.

How you OGs doing just got back from the gym haven't been to active on the forums or this thread, next week I will be at 315 squats only thing I am weak on is bench gonna use a baseline of 225 , what are you guys doing on bench and what tips have helped you. Also how many of you have done squats then deadlifts? After squats I hit 4 plats on deads gonna use my bely for now on haha.

Also any of you on any new supps?

Can't say much about that because I'm in the same boat, been obese for years and years. It's better just to move on and devote your attention to those who can also help you in return, but sometimes people just need a push to finally change their lives.

Nice, gonna check those out. 22 an hour isn't bad at all, especially in Tennessee, the cost of living is decent there from what I've heard. About the same as Indianapolis, IN

When I joined this forum I was small but determined, IronWill welcomed me and I saw some other guys who I wanted to emulate. I like the misc lulz but fer crying out loud it is a bodybuilding forum and I don't think it's a crazy expectation that you lift more than you did when you joined.

I do lift more than I did when I first joined, I was 14 and didn't give a chit. I lift 3 times a week now, but my main problem is my diet which hasn't changed drastically since 2008. I eat more lean sources of protein and drink mainly water now, which has made me feel 100x better and I've lost 13 pounds in the last 2 weeks so far. But I do need to clean it up more and stop with most of the sugar I'm consuming. Thanks for the encouraging words Bando, I mean it. I'm heading to the gym to lift.
