    turkey

    hey guys, I eat everyday for lunch 150grams of grilled turkey , now is this good or it has a lot of negatives aswell? 100grams of turkey contains about 30gram of protein right? so is it good to eat 150grams every day?

    Sure it's "good;" so are many other tissue proteins.

    It's always a good idea to take in a wide variety of all types of foods, be they protein, fat, or carb sources rather than sticking to just a very few foods.

    only thing I can think of is that turkey isnt regulated by the government like chicken is. Chicken legally cant contain hormones or antibiotics. However, there are no studies proving that those hormones or antibiotics do anything significant to us.
