how many calories does a cup of oatmeal have
how many calories does a cup of oatmeal have? i was thinking of adding it to my home made weight gainer. if anyone knows please list. thanks.

Look on the side of the box. That usually helps me out.

Cooking food won't change the number of calories that significantly.
One cp oatmeal is like 60 g carbs, 10 g protein, so about 300 kcal.

Oatmeal gets bigger when cooked. If you make 1/2 of dry oatmeal, it will be 1 cup when you make it.Originally posted by Travis Stenersn
