    how many calories does a cup of oatmeal have? i was thinking of adding it to my home made weight gainer. if anyone knows please list. thanks.

    Cooking food won't change the number of calories that significantly.

    One cp oatmeal is like 60 g carbs, 10 g protein, so about 300 kcal.

    Maybe they assume cooked means its now in water so there's a lot less of it

    Oatmeal gets bigger when cooked. If you make 1/2 of dry oatmeal, it will be 1 cup when you make it.
