Lmao I don't have a massive ego. I train in Nottingham occasionally with a 93kg lifter who has a natty beltless 285kg deadlift, 210 squat and 140 paused bench whilst not really knowing that much amount lifting or nutrition. I think he's been training for about 4 years. I know I don't have particularly good genetics. I've also trained with Jooms who has sickening genetics for leanness and strength and a 110x4 bench despite barely training anymore.
I know I have a chit physique if you compare it to anyone who actually competes in men's physique or bodybuilding or w/e, but you'd be retarded to compare any natty lifters physique to theirs. I was talking about generally just having a physique that "looks good" and I was calling you out for your pathetic and tiresome "oh noes being natty and doing anything is difficult" mentality that you still somehow have. Also you've never posted a picture on here that accurately shows your physique so I think it's right to assume the majority of people in this thread look significantly better than you.***70's Diet Crew***

Personal Bests (Current lifts due to injury) - Goals for 01/05
Bench: 117.5 (100x3) - 120
Squat: 130 (115x4) - 140
Deadlift: 180 (150x3) - 185
Military Press: 75 (65x3) - 80
Fat, powerlifter mode engaged due to relationship. Jakes on her cos she likes chicken legs and abs.
The day you started lifting is the day you became forever small, because you will never be as big as you want to be.
