I only get panic attacks at night when I go to bed. I was taking HCGenerate (test booster)- last one was 5 weeks ago but have since stopped. I was also taking Ginseng but have since stopped that as well.
I was dieting but I stopped. I stopped all the things that should affect me but I still have the symptoms wtfVeteran, US Army, OEF 7

It's you haven't touched benzos then you're not but if you do, you can make things much worse so I'm just warning you, especially since if you see a shrink about GAD that's pretty much what he/she will prescribe you. It's been over a year and a half and my sleep is still not 100% Srs when I first stopped taking that junk though I was sleeping about a half hour every other day and there was a few times where I didn't sleep for 6 days straight. Stay safe brahAesthetic Glutes Crew

The adrenals are directly correlated to anxiety. So exercising while having adrenal fatigue makes the symptoms worse. Especially if you overtrain, you will just weaken an already failing adrenal so the symptoms will just get worse. so I would work on repairing your endocrine glands especially the adrenal glands as the biggest priority. Youll need to buy adrenal glandulars. Don't waste time/money on any vitamins or supps as you'll just be treating the symptoms when in reality it is your glands that need to be repaired.
Look up Dr. Robert Morse.

You got a habit of eating late? You do any meditation? I'd suggest dropping the former and starting on the latter in that case. Could perhaps give you a beneficial nudge - I know it did for me. Have your last meal no later than 3-4 hours prior to bed.

adrenal fatigue is not 'real'...... lmao at believing in it.
Think you of the fact that a deaf person cannot hear. Then what deafness may we not all possess? ~ Dune
We need a new ideology with the core values of reason, honesty, science and secular progress over the older traditions of religion, superstition and dogmatic faith that have long defined humanity. We will never be free to progress and advance until the last stone from the last church is cast down onto the last priest. And every equivalent.

So you had a lot of things going on in your life, and there was probably some interaction going on (which neither you, me, your doctor, or anyone), which you are unlikely to ever really figure out. It triggered something that will probably be here for a while, and you are just going to have to deal with it. Avoid all the talk about neurotransmitters, adrenal fatigue, etc., it's not going to be even remotely helpful for solving your situation. What you are describing sounds like panic attacks, but diagnosing humans is not my specialty (and I doubt it is for anyone here as well). Since your doctor thinks you are otherwise healthy it seems, and I'm guessing the EEG/stress test will confirm that (they will rule out worst-case scenario first), you need to do the following things:
1. Find a cognitive-behavioral therapists and discuss this with them. Continue contact with your GPP to rule out other things, but assume that you are having panic attacks. I am recommending this because CBT is extremely effective at treating anxiety-related disorders.
2. Panic attacks often operate on a feed-forward type mechanism. You have them, and you dwell on it, and then you start having them more often. No one knows what causes panic attacks (CO2 regulation in some people might be off). I am a neuroscientist and I can tell you that flat out (I study the neurobiology of stress).
3. For most people, panic attacks will eventually go away. This is something you need to remind yourself. This won't be here forever. No one knows, nor will they likely be able to figure out why it's happening to you, but that's okay. Just ride it out, and know that it won't kill you, and some day it will be gone (I used to have panic disorder - if that is what you have - again it requires diagnosis).
I've had the same problems described here when I started trying to cut last year. I've always been a bit prone to anxiety. I cut out everything and it got worst temporarily. It last for about 2 months - panic attacks daily. I'm actually glad it happened in hindsight because I'm currently the healthiest I've ever been and it allowed me to kick a lot of bad habits.

I use to take like 600 mg a day, and when I stopped it felt horrible srs
What helped was something called adrenal restore, or something like that

I personally think it comes from boredom. Although life might seem ok I think at some point your body just gets tired of routine and then it all hits you at once. I know I have been feeling really bored lately which causes stress and panic. Your body might just feel down but will eventually rebound and all this will go away.
