No offense taken. I didn't have enough time to cut down this time and tbh I wasn't really that lean (only ~9% fat) cause I did a powerlifting meet just 3 months prior. My coach had to take drastic measures such as putting me on 1550cals+1.5hrs cardio per day.
Hey, I competed at that show. Congrats on placing! Not bad posing, just as said conditioning and size, but a good start no doubt! I was told the crab is most better suited to heavyweights, Hands clasped is better for smaller guys. I like doing both poses myself.
