Yup I'm natural...you have to remember that on stage I will be NO WHERE NEAR this weight. Honestly this was the first time I ever measured my arms so i dont know...they tend to lean out really fast but hold their size so we'll see...its different for everyone and i made arms a priority these pasts 6 months so its paying off!!!

That breakfast you posted, its like 130grams of fat and thats only one meal. I am guessing you are eating 4-5-6 times a day, what is your fat content? Must be over 250 grams i am thinking per day. You may get away with all this since you are young but once you grow older, its RIP in peace. Good luck.

admire the dedication and the discipline for your lifts and your hypothesized knowledge and application of nutrition but i would definitely agree with the posters here in saying that it has come at a cost, both mentally and physically. Good luck with whatever bulking you continue to persist with but i would recommend that you try to limit your fat gains and its adverse health affects. Becoming big, stronger and eating whatever the hell you want whenever you want is truly addicting and you have the remnants of being slightly delusional. you remind me of myself once. gl op
