    Yup I'm natural...you have to remember that on stage I will be NO WHERE NEAR this weight. Honestly this was the first time I ever measured my arms so i dont know...they tend to lean out really fast but hold their size so we'll see...its different for everyone and i made arms a priority these pasts 6 months so its paying off!!!

    Refeeding on a bulk...lol.

    These massive bulks and then cuts never end well. Most people get burned out and at 5'8 you're going to have to be 165-170 to be cut up.

    You end up thinking you'll look like steve cook or Rob riches and it won't happen...

    Mirin gains and everything brah but you should really lay off the oils. Been watching your vids and i think your taking in too much oil/fat in a single meal. Gonna be waiting till your cut cause i know that youll look like a beast if you do it properly.

    Well whenever I'm taking in 6k+ calories...I get tired of carbs after a while PLUS increased fat intake has shown me some incredible hormonal changes! Thanks man it'll be nice!

    admire the dedication and the discipline for your lifts and your hypothesized knowledge and application of nutrition but i would definitely agree with the posters here in saying that it has come at a cost, both mentally and physically. Good luck with whatever bulking you continue to persist with but i would recommend that you try to limit your fat gains and its adverse health affects. Becoming big, stronger and eating whatever the hell you want whenever you want is truly addicting and you have the remnants of being slightly delusional. you remind me of myself once. gl op

    Ive been eating 3.5k cals a month ago when i was bulking till i injured my lowerback and lowered it a bit. Cant imagine eating 6k cals a day without using oils too TBH.. Thats too much food.
