What is this type of barbell bar called?

I am looking for a barbell with 2 rings in the middle of the bar to rotate while pressing. Like one is able to do an arnold press but with a barbell.
Distraction is an obstruction for the construction.

If I'm understanding you correctly, I don't think you will find one. The only one I ever saw was a prototype, and I don't think it ever made it to market.

Right but only 2 instead of 4 rings.

I searched "rotating handle barbell" and tons popped up. I have a curl bar with rotating handles but have never used a straight bar with them.

    Nothing is impossible.

I believe Criterion had the first ones on the market in 1989. Rich Gaspari popularized it a bit. They also made a pulley attachment version.

I don't think you can use those curl bars (Troy super curl or Criterion) for Arnold Presses can you?

You might be able use the "Burn Machine" short bar, but it might be a little tight for true overhead pressing.

I have that bar. It's best uses are dust collecting and toe stubbing.

If anyone wants one, it's free to a good home.

I think it would be cheaper to just buy it new.
I'm curious about what you didn't like about the bar?
