Wrong *******.
"a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behaviour, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation."

Schizophrenics suffer from hallucinations and delusions. Hallucinations are basically false sensory perceptions. Delusions are ideas and stories that are not true. Schizophrenics tend to have one or more omnipresent voices telling them how to live their lives and criticize everything that they do. Most schizophrenics know that what they experience is not normal, but they are unable to cope with it. Thus, schizophrenics are prone to self-injury because they want what they are experiencing to stop. For example, schizophrenics tend to see dark clouds of mist floating in corners, which scares them because they believe these to be demons hunting them. Thus, a schizophrenic may make any attempt to stop these visions (hallucinations) from occurring, such as gouging out one's own eyes.
can confirm, I research schizophrenia at university

There is always an opposite to every variable in life. A positive to negative. A south to a north. Life and death.
So I am wondering to ask you. Since you study the one side of this variable.
What is it called when someone is receiving positive reinforcement from the imaginary voices?"Don't be envious when the grass is greener on the other side because you don't know how much crap it took to fertilize that ground.
Are you ready? "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins. (John 8:24).

the only time they receive, what is perceived as positive reinforcement, from their voices is when they do whatever the voices tell them to do. sometimes it's not always a voice. For example, a schizophrenic may read a street sign and perceive it as a sign that was made just for them, as a way to signal their next action. if they do it, they believe they will be safe. if they don't do it, they believe they may be hurt by something, but a voice may not tell them this, it is just a feeling...hence a delusion.
hope that answers your question, not quite sure what exactly you're asking. are you referring to the positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia? if so, you are misunderstanding the terminology because it does not mean good and bad.

I think you need to understand more science instead of where you have been getting your information from.
Reality is just a perception, it's the sensory organs sending information to the brain to process. Electronic signals! The brain easily can create these perceptions itself without the input. But the input is important so that we are at one with reality and not just in dream land.
But what we see and feel isn't really how things are but just how our brain has managed to perceive the world and help us operate in it.
So in a way there is no such thing as a false sensory perception. Even different animals perceive things differently than others. Whether that be colors, touch, smell etc.
I doubt you study this at university, no offense.
