Muscle/mass gaining diet for teenager in High School

I am 16 and just getting into bodybuilding seriously recently. i workout everyday in school as well as 3-4 days outside of school. In the last couple of months i have lost weight and gained good muscle, not to mention getting noticeably stronger. I am looking for a high protein diet that would build muscle or mass. As i said, i am a teenager in High School and cannot eat 6 meals throughout the day. What is the best meal plan for my schedule? a list of foods or even a specific diet plan would be great. Thanks!

You can eat 6+ meals throughout the day if you wanted. I brought shakes/bars/sandwiches/nuts/fruit/tupperware meals etc. to school and either put it in my locker to woof down between classes or just brought it into class if the teacher didn't care. Not saying you have to make it 6+ meals to get your calories in, but if that's how you prefer to split it up I would think you can make it work.
