Hey guys,
I might have done something not that clever, I'm afraid.
I have been doing a big deficit, and today is my refeed and I literally ate all of my calories/macros for today in one meal, for lunch to be specific, which just happend be around 30 minutes ago. So I have the rest of the day before me.
So basically, 500gr carbs, 25gr fat and 150gr protein in one meal.
I wonder, how "bad" is this, or won't it be that detrimental at all?
I'll be honest of course, this was not planned, I just gave in but limited myself to the desired macros and calories. I just lost a bit of control, not gonna lie.
My mind says 'it's ok, you are in the desired range for macros', but I guess I just feel a bit guilty or weakminded hah.
Thanks for any input!
