I never doubted it but, thought my girl was normal. been together 5 years. Until tonight.

I cant remember all the lies I caught her in regarding how she argued but heres 1.

background:

i ma driving into the city. she phones me before I get there. I tell her i am going to buy xmas decorations. She says dont cause she will on Friday and I am going to buy ugly things. I say ok.

I get to the city, I get my oil changed and turns out my battery dies (its been on the cusp for a while). I text her saying I am buying a new battery ($200)

I goto walmart to chit. I walk around and see a 7.5ft penguin with xmas lights in its stomach. What real man doesnt by this? I buy it and some lights.

Today I get drunk with my buddy. We put the lights up and top er off with the penguin.

GF comes home mad.

Argue. One of the things she says "i told you not to spend money on decorations cause you bought a battery"

BAM- caught n a lie. She told me not to buy them before I was in a the city and had any idea I was buying a battery.


plus: I made 98k last year. I make roughly that every year. I can afford an 89$ penguin for phuck sakes. She mad and I am drinking scotch watching the game. no phucks given. I run my life brahs. I like penguins.
