I found an Ironmaster Super Bench on Craigslist for $100. I'm a beginner starting to build a garage home gym. I plan on getting a power rack next with an Oly weight set. Will this bench be suffice or to tall in the flat position. Should I get it for the price since new is over $250? The bench is in like new condition. Thanks in advance. I've been reading posts on the site for years learning what I can. I'm 5'-9" tall, weight about 160 lbs. 36 years old

Get it.
It'll be less than optimal for flat bench press, but more than a few FID benches have the same problem.
To work around this problem, consider doing one of the following:
- Incline bench to 5 degrees and use it as if it were a flat bench. (I.e. don't use the seat.)
- Place a cardio step or some other kind of platform under each foot. It'd be easy to come up with a DIY solution.
- Place your feet somewhere else, e.g, on the bench itself. I've seen a video of Lee Priest using the Super Bench. He placed his feet on the nearby Ironmaster dumbbell stand. When my 5'7" wife uses the Super Bench, she puts her feet up on the bench itself.
You might not need to do any of the above. At 5'10" in height, my feet can reach the floor with the bench in flat position.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #35
