I posted this video earlier about diamonds
Basically it talks about how common diamonds actually are, DeBeers artifically inflated the prices, and the idea of giving a woman a diamond for engagements was foreign prior to the 1930s.
We were out celebrating her promotion and she asked me would I ever get her an engagement ring. I joked to her and said I'd get her a cubic zirconia. In her slightly inebriated state she was mad.
I told her that mad Africans die for a ****ing piece of carbon. We were talking about it tonight.
"So you're saying your gf isn't worth a diamond. I get it".
I said I would get an ethical engagement ring. She says:
"Stop saying that term it's annoying.
It means cheap diamond basically hahah"
She doesn't get that sh*t and it's funny and annoying at the same time.
brb sacrifice 10 africans and $6000 for a piece of carbon.
Why do women think diamonds are a symbol of love. It's just a representation of the Western World raping Africa srs.
EDIT: BTW I'm not getting engaged to anyone anytime soon.

i listen to a podcast with neil tyson and joe rogan where they talked about being able to make diamonds in labs now.....the thing was that woman didnt want them because they are artificial. Even though they are better, because they werent mined in Africa some women dont care. Sad brah.

If she's acting this entitled now and using sloot logic trying to make you feel like shi t by saying things like "You think I'm not worth a diamond", then just think how your relationship would be once you were engaged or married. Her entitlement is a huge red flag.
