TFW TGIF doesn't apply because you work Saturday's
...but on the positive side, my work week doesn't start until Tuesday so I get to kick back and relax while everyon'e complains about having a case of the Monday's lol.USMC (2009-2013)

Feeling a bit of full body DOMS this week. Feel like weight went down a bit, I'll weigh in the morning to find out. Only draw back is my lower back. Feels like a mix of DOMS and more than usual regular back pain.

I thought I would have a good weigh in today but no.
237 is what I had on the scale this morning. Up 2 lbs from last week. Feel good this week just the numbers kind of bummed me out this morning.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Killed it on chest this week. Got a new PR on flat and decline bench. Upped my max my rep max by 10 pounds. Up to 145 on both now. Today I'm paying the price. Sore as hell and not much motivation to do anything. I'm still pushing hard through this competition even though doing much of anything is a great task in and of itself. Been having some depression issues made worse by work and my schedule. Ready for it to be over so I can go back to enjoying my workouts. And continue to feel good about them even after I'm done lifting.

Another new week and power full body workout already done. My 190# definitely looks a lot different than 2 years ago.
Starting a cut cycle this week that may be blog worthy. Ultimate Diet 2.0, I've wanted to try it for a while but my personal schedule and body fat over 15% did not warrant. BF now at 11.5% caliper, 14 or 15% mirror judgement call. Running full body workouts for the past 3 months means workouts are familiar just diet needs a change. Day 1 Monday.
Hunger, my good friend, welcome home !

I'm new receive me well!
Is it true that the majority of arseholes on this use steroids? If so, I feel like I'm probably the most uniquest person to have ever past through here. I never took a roid in my life and I built all my slabs of muscle through mostly food and a little bit of whey protein. It's impressive I know, but if anyone is looking for advice on how to be more like me - send me a pm, and I get you in top form. I know everything about this business and I can literally make stars out of you guys!
