Exact same position I was in on Thursday, but I had no liquid chalk and i did rip a callus off!! And you did twice the weight I did for many more reps haha... congrats dude!
What is the texture of liquid chalk like? I have a strange phobia of normal chalk... can't touch it.

This week's been tough for me. I lacked motivation to continue with my daily workouts and also even failed with my healthy dieting. But after reading some of y'all's post, I felt a little better. Hopefully, I will wake up with a better attitude and workout early in the morning, as usual! I hope everyone's going thru their workouts well and accomplishing your goals step by step!!!

Good morning everyone!
Had a good weekend with the wife and kids, both of us were on rest days. Played with them and went out a couple of times. Hit cardio + abs at the house.
Not good for the goals though as we've been eating out for dinner. That Korean food was hnng but killer with the calories. Lol
Have a good Monday guys and gals!

Hey everyone! Things are going awesome on my end.
COUNTRYMIKE i must say this PYRO PRO is pretty awesome! Loving how it keeps me awake! I've noticed a HUGE difference at work when i take it. Thank you thank you!
Weight is dropping nicely and clothes are fitting so much better! I love this comp because it brings the best out of everyone!"To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."

I am feeling more motivated now than ever and I even started school last week.
That means I'm working full time, school part time and trying to keep up with everything else but I feel amazing.
I agree that the Pyro Pro has been a life saver with all of these changes!
I have dropped a pants size and am down 9 lbs since starting the competition
Here's to another great week.

Well still have mono and still under doctors orders to rest
Still continuing the cut and taking all supps, just too drained to do much of anything, I am still going to try and get in a couple of sessions this week. I should be back to normal next week...Lead Forum Representative

Still feeling great, at the moment I'm lovin Quakers old fashioned oats. I remember when I started eating them, it was the most horrible-st thing I have eaten. Reminded me of eating cardboard( yes I have eaten cardboard) >.<
Lifting the weights yesterday afternoon, I can feel my thighs are sore today. The strange thing is my Abs that are on Day 18 of the 30 days challenge aren't. Holding the plank for 2 minutes and 30 secs was hard enough. I really thought I would have aching abs today.
After finishing them yesterday it really took it out of me. (maybe later they will ache)
Today's cardio Week 3 of the couchto5k
Have a good week everyone

S'mores are graham/chocolate/marshmallow...I think its just short for "some more" which was probably something some cute little child tried to say while their mouth was full of marshmallows.
Happy monday all! I was hoping to get this week started off with some major cardio...but I'm fighting off sickness. Everyone at home and work is sick - it was only a matter of time. Hopefully it will be over in a few.
At least I'm well hydrated w tea!Yesterday you said tomorrow. – Nike
