Hey guys. So I've been lifting for a little while and wanna switch over and try some powerlifting. I have a full time job so if there's any good programs 3-4 days a week let me know! Or any suggestions for programs! Appreciate the help

Read the sticky about programs. 5x5 is a fine start as well. Pick one, eat to get strong, and try to crush weights for a year on which ever program you choose

Tiny and weak but determined.
Bench: 135 x 4 AKA 1 plate club :)
(I don't max out anymore also no deadlift)
Hypertrophy=gains
