Actually, she is OK. I saw an interview with her, and she says she likes her co-worker and is fine with his dancing. She says she is reluctant to participate because she believes future employers might see it and not take her seriously. I can understand that.

Maybe that's true, but she really comes off as a stick in the mud. But, having said that...

I once had uploaded to youtube a video of a TV news field reporter messing up a live report. I thought it was so funny and wanted to share. He politely emailed me and requested I take it down because future employers might not think it was so funny. I immediately complied. Sometimes we are not aware how unintended consequences can affect others.
