Google Shawn Ray 3D .....there is a whole thread on it on some 3D modeling forum. I think the same dude did one of Arnold as well but the Shawn Ray one is better.

go to zbrushcentral to find a lot of really good tutorials from people that have been using zbrush since its release in 2005-2006

watch this video and look up the artist, it will help you look beyond just playing in zbrush when sculpting a face
