Hi fellow forum members,
I don't want to injure my self when doing barbell deadlifts and barbell hack squats. I did them before but got pain in body after having done them regularly for a month. I am considering never doing the mentioned exercises again, but I would like to do them again. I have talked to 2 personal trainers only once per trainer and they explained how to the 2 exercises differently from each other. Could some "expert" tell me how to do the 2 exercises safely and painlessly.
My goal is to become extremely strong in the 2 exercises.
Further more how do you know when you have natural back curvature.
Please answer. Thanks ahead.

Humans don't have 5 senses, we have at least 6. One of those, proprioception, is nervous circuitry that allows us to know where parts of our bodies are in relation to each other. If you close your eyes, you an still touch your finger to your nose unless you have nerve damage. That system allows you to just feel whether or not your back is neutral so long as you practice.
Here is an exercise to consider - just stand up and round your back as hard as possible, then arch it as hard as possible, back and forth a few times, and then try to stop exactly in between. You should start developing a feeling for what your back is doing.
