I keep searching but it's not working on my phone. Apologies.
I have seen different things regarding the bent over row and am not sure what is what now.
Do you put the bar back on the floor or do you have enough of a standing up to where the bar doesn't touch it? I've read a couple places it should be lowered slowly to floor and placed completely down as it makes it harder to lift it completely back up as opposed to lifting back up when it's still "hanging"
