Post training legs while doing 20km walks

    Hello

I like to train legs but I have to walk 20km/day for work. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to train legs.
I'm following the "Arnolds Blueprint" at the moment wich has 2 leg days a week.
Someone told me it's fine to train them since I'm doing compound excercises with Arnolds B and walking wouldn't do anything bad.

Now I'm still not sure so I'd like to have some more experienced answers.

    Thank you

Just hit legs. You'll just feel them more when walking.

    Smile

Do it and see how it goes. If you haven't trained legs much before chances are you'll have to deal with a lot of muscle aches on your walking, but soldier on through it, as your legs will eventually get used to the training and not ache so much.

Why would you have torn muscles from training legs twice a week while walking a god awful amount? I am genuinely curious where this concern came from.

+ For the record, just because you don't think it is a stupid question, doesn't mean it isn't a stupid question.

First of all because training a body part twice a week puts more pressure on the muscle & second because I think walking MORE than you're used to puts MORE pressure on the muscle.
In what part of my way of thinking is it wrong to wonder how much a body can take for how long?
I'm not sure why you're being a dick to someone who wasn't sure what to think.
