    315 form help

    Realize im jumping forward, cant seem to stop. Any ideas? been doing no feet, didnt seem to help much. Ty for any help.

    Looks like you need to shrug/keep pulling back/up more once you connect at the hips. Kind of bounced it off your hip and had to jump forward to get under it. Im far from an expert though, could eb wrong

    I would say that you need to think vertical when you get to the hip. You're humping the bar with your hips when you triple extend/explode which is putting a fair amount of horizontal force into the bar causing it to move away from you. As a result your body is chasing it and it forces you to jump forward. This is just my opinion from what I see.
