So far I've had three excellent workouts with Strive. I'll log up the workout routines once I get home.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
First, the taste is incredible. Nothing touches this in terms of taste, it's the perfect flavoring in 32oz of water. I love to sip on it while working out. The biggest notice so far is that I have had great results with using it in the morning while fasted. It really curbs any stomach pain/hunger I usually get which is awesome for me. I absolutely love, love, love this part of it.
Overall I am super impressed so far, and wish Omega would've sent a 40 serving tub lol

11.20.2014
Back Day:
Wide-Grip Lat Pull Downs: 5 sets x 20 reps @ 110lbs, holding for two seconds at bottom.
Reverse Grip Pull Downs: 5 sets x 20 reps @ 90lbs, negative movement on the way back up.
Pullover Machine: 4 sets x 25 @ 140lbs, holding for 2 seconds at bottom.
Face Pulls : 4 sets of 25 @ 110lbs.
Back Extensions: 4 sets of 15, bodyweight.
Total Reps: 460 reps, Workout Time: 47 minutes
Thoughts: I had another great training day with Strive + Katana.
Strive really seems to help me stay feeling full, and power through these high rep workouts. I love it so far, and I've been a lot less sore than I typically would be.
The big thing for me is that early in the morning, have something to sip that tastes great while working out is awesome.

Yeah it's really impressive honestly.
I hurt my back last year and still am not able to do any weighted squats nor dead lifts ever again so its been a huge shift for me over the last nine months finding workouts that still push the limit.
For me that's been medium weight and lots of reps with holding contractuon for a few seconds.
Strive really shines in that area though, I like it a lot.

11.22.2014 - Leg Days - 'Dem Wheelz Day'
Workout:
1.) Hip Abductors - 5 sets x 40 reps, negative reps movement @ 110lbs
2.) Leg Extensions - 5 sets x 30 reps, holding @ top for 2 seconds, @ 125lbs
3.) Calf Extensions - 2 sets x 50 reps, holding in contraction for 3 seconds, @ 100lbs
4.) Sitting Leg Curl - 5 sets of 30, holding in contraction for 2 seconds, @ 150lbs
5.) Glute Raise Machine - 4 sets of 20(10 reps each side) @ 140lbs
Total Reps: 680 reps, Workout Time: 60 minutes
Workout Notes: I had an incredible leg workout this morning. I did a lot of reps with minimal time spent resting between my sets. Strive really, really shined for me and it's surely becoming a staple for my workouts. I'm grabbing a tub or two for Black Friday as it's awesome. Omega truly hit another homerun here, hats off to Chad and the rest of the team for continuing to push this product out. The taste is superb as always, and when you're killing it in the gym that little taste of Green Apple awesomeness is just a blessing.
Song of the day:

That's a great question. It has only been a short period of time, but yes I do feel like it helped provide that extra juice to bust out those finals reps.
I'm traveling today back to my parents house in Arizona, and I'm bringing Strive with me. I will have to figure out a gym there, hopefully a week pass, and will continue to report from there.

Woo, I am back on the grind.
We ended up getting a nasty, nasty storm in LA last thursday-saturday with a reported touchdown of a tornado in South LA.
I was able to get a great leg workout in yesterday:
Leg day... aka Wheelz
Hip Abductor Machine - 140lbs x 200 reps (50, 50, 50, 50) - Warming up
Leg Extension, hold @ top for 2 seconds, - 150lbs x 150 reps (25 x 6)
Seated Leg Curl: hold @ bottom for 2 seconds - 180lbs x 60 reps (12 x 5)
Glute Raise Machine: hold @ top for 2 seconds, 80lbs x 200 reps (100 reps per side)
Seated calf raise: 130lbs x 100 reps
Workouts Notes: Man, did I miss working out haha. That pump is just the most intoxicating thing in the world. 1 scoop strive is my new go-to, as I said earlier I snagged a 40svg tub of cherry limeade that I've been wanting to open up.
