Best Fat Burner for Anxiety Sufferer

Hey everyone

Ive had anxiety problems start around 3 years ago due to poor thyroids/vitamin deficiency and I still have it rarely my symptoms were/are

-Chest pain
-Painful heart Palpitations
-Loss of Breath
-Body numbness
-Fast Heart Rate

Im currently anxiety free .. My symptoms only come very rarely when I dont eat right and dont exercise / Get my vitamins/minerals in or im really stressed or get in too many stimulants

Ive honestly Tried ECA Stack after getting my anxiety under control and started it VERY slowly and worked my way up with tolerance slowly up and it helped me loose almost 100 pounds but it eventually caught up with me :/ and eca stack turned illegal in my area.

A couple people have reccomended me to just diet without a Fatburner but I really just want to try one now for energy/appetite support since im cutting on a 5x5 strongman routine and im starting to loose strength.

Im looking for a Fatburner aimed more for Clean/No jittery energy and a Very strong appetite suppressant effect. Ive done a lot of research on fat burners on these forums to find the 3 very popular fat burners with the best reviews for what im looking for....

I always figured I could start slow? Maybe cut the pill in half and grow a tolerance? Who knows.

I know this is a hard one... Its prob hard to find a fat burner with a strong appetite suppressing effects with clean energy that actually works.. But I thought ide post to see if anyone has found one by any chance.

Im using diet/Exercise as a priority to cut but I dont mind using a Fatburner on in my stack to help out. Im doing a body recomp at the moment.

Ide really appreciate any advice/info/tips thanks everyone.

Avoid anything with yohimbe and synephrine. Id just buy some bulk stuff like caffeine, hordenine and amp citrate. Before it was banned i would have recomended dmaa in place of the amp citrate

But those supplements you mentioned are for bulking. They will help me on a cut for maintain muscle/strength? Or what do they do?

Supplements are meant to aid diet. They only aid in cutting or bulking. Calories brah.

Betaine is good for both bulking and cutting.

We make a good betaine nitrate product called Platinum 100% Betaine . With your issues though, I would consult a medical professional. I can't guarantee that it wouldn't cause you any issues.

SNS makes a good stim-free burner, its similar to the old Lean Xtreme. The name escapes me at this time. But avoid anything with stimulants, and the majority of FBs are stimmed.

Didnt see too many positive reviews on both tt-33 and burn 24 and very little on formutech. Ide be happy with anything with clean energy and strong appetite suppression anything that really works.

My sister struggles from anxiety and she has had great results just sticking with some basics like Garcinia Cambrosia, Raspberry Ketones and CLA..now this has all been topped off with a very well dialed in diet and cardio/training regimen, but has been extremely effective and has had no effect on her anxiety.

TT33 is a solid option as well being non-stimulant. Most all tolerate it extremely well with great results.

I was gona start slowly take half a capsule and grow a tolerance I read the reviews that it doesn't make you too jittery and a couple people with anxiety said its ok if you start slow. Its diet cheap so im just gona try it.

Truth.. although sometimes I notice my anxiety is worse when I get to little sleep and am tired.

I ended up getting the regular ab igniter by TSN for now cause its cheap but if my body reacts badly to it ill prob try the supremacy you recommended. Or burn24/tt-33 non stims. Ugh too many options 0.o lol

After doing more research all those ingredients seem great for someone going through a big body recomp. Im trying my best to maintain as much strength/muscle ive gained from
The past 5 years of heavy weightlifting.

Idk if its worth getting HMB/Betaine Anhydrous on the side aswell.
