Could you please estimate my bf %?

Hey guys,
could you please estimate? I have a weird bodyfat distribution I think and come from a very overweight (140kg) base, so I find it hard to guess.

I'm 178-180cm and weigh around 80-81kg. I myself would say 23%, something like that.

And the love handle and chest area is not loose skin only, even though it might look like it. Actually quite a bit of fat there. I'm saying that because I come from a very high weight (140kg), so that's why things might look a bit off.

Well done on the weight loss..

Its quite hard to guess because of the distribution of your fat, gonna have to put a wide range and say between 22-26%

Could be way off

I would guess you are around 20%

the loose skin makes it hard to give even a rough estimate. but based on weight and height i would say 20-22%

like the others are saying the lose skin plays a trick on the mind but if i had to put a number on it could be anywhere from 22-25
