Hey guys I think I have what seems to be the Piriformis Syndrome, I get pains in my right glute when i deadlift/squat/bending over. I have stopped training my legs for nearly 4 months now but I'm more concerned about how to target my middle back now. Can anyone recommend me a exercise for the middle back without bending over? Been doing weighted pull ups lately, not sure if my middle back is getting enough volume
