Need to go back to the drawing board.
First I will enjoy some off season eating and drinking.
Then by january it will be time to get on a serious training schedule.

Feeling good, I am going to pick up a coach for posing over the winter...and come in guns blazing next year

Thermo Rev is definitely going to help me stay focused these winter months...
Its also amazing for work, I pop two in the morning and I get so productive I forget to stop for lunch.

Posing will make or break your placement on stage Cory, we have talked about this before
it is about the ILLUSION you show on the stage
especially in physique that is KEY!

KILL IT THIS OFFSEASON!
