so i've been doing stronglifts 5x5 for about a month now and like it so far. but is squatting heavy 3x a week ok for you? some people say its too much, some don't. also when should i take a deload week? my plan was to do stronglifts for 3 months and test my max on the exercise and see if i like where i stand and then switch to something else that is geared more to what i am looking for. do you guys think this is a good idea or should i do SL shorter or longer? and what are some opinions on attainable max goals for my lifts? i only weight maybe 150 and my current 5x5's are Squat: 250 DL: 315 Bench: 165 OH Press: 120 Row: 155
THanks guys

Thats some decent number if you have only did stronglift.
Just keep progressing on the program. You know when its time to deload. Lack of energy and things like that.My Powerlifting "Road To Manlet" Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172129323
