    is is too much volume on my routine ?

    hi . im 21 year old . lifting almost 2 years . weight 73 KG - bf 11-13 - 178 cm .

    my routine is the push pull legs split . i really like this split but i feel like im not gaining muscle latly ...

    here is the workout :

    push :

    banch prees - 3-5
    dumbell prees - 3 sets 6-8 reps .
    dips - 3 sets to faliare . [ some wehere 8-15 reps]
    leteral raises - 2 sets - 8-15 reps
    tricep extansions - 4 sets - high reps range .


    pull :

    deadlift -3-5 .
    dumble row - 3 sets 6-8 reps .
    pull ups -3 sets to failiare .
    chins - 3 sets .
    traps -3 sets .
    some biceps curls 3 sets high rep .

    legs :
    squat - 3-5 .
    leg press - 3 -- 6-8 .
    stiff legs dead -3 sets .
    leg curls - 3 sets high rep .
    calves -3 sets .

    is is to much volume on this training ? or to low ?
    my lifts are - bench - 90 kg -2 reps
    press- 55 - 3 reps
    squat - 125 -4 reps
    dead - 110 5 reps [ recently started ] .

    i do this work out 4-5 a week .
    im gaining weight put my stomech got less cut . and arms chest legs evrithing alse stay pretty much the same ...
    is there a problem with this trainig whould i swich to something alse ?

    4-5 days a week? Either increase volume and go 3 days a week or check out tom mutaffis 6 day a week PPL routine (should be on first or second page)... And eat more and Clean to continue to gain size...

    And saying 3 sets.. Doesn't tell us a scheme, rep ranges ?
