6'3" and stuck around 230 depending on bloat. Always competed at 220 but trying to go 242 for this next meet. If I'm not at least 235 a week out I might just cut again, but I really want to fill out 242. It's going to take a few years to actually have the right amount of muscle for 242 thought. Eventually want to be like 255 and just do a water cut to 242

In keeping with the spirit of the thread I've finally decided to actually put forth the effort it will take to get to 300(ish) by July/August. Eating less than 4k/day is going to suck...

well it was some of the team lillebridge "handlers" or whatever you would call them, basically came just took it over for ernie. it was my first meet and I was so nervous anyway I just scrambled to find a rack with a few other guys so I could get warmups in.

Yea the people on the mono first were all opening in like 300s so we would have been done pretty fast at that time, there were even 2 differentwarmup monos there. I mean thats something that if it was some random guy I would have said something but like what good would have come from it in this situation?
For the record I did end up warming up on the same deadlift bar with ernie and tom kallas and they were pretty cool about letting ppl get reps in there.
