Great genetics , Bulking help.
So I'm new to this forum and sorry in advance if this is the wrong section!
5'6 185 Pounds.. About 8-9% body fat.. I'm 21 and would like to step on stage next year! I would like to reach about 200-205lbs and then do a nice cut. Any advice in the nutrition aspect?(don't bash me for working at gnc, i get some nice protien discounts lol) I'll upload some pics to let you guys know what I'm working with.
