ive had the same issue, most likely need to build ab muscles up more, or possibly not the greatest ab genetics, or a combination or both. The only thing you can do is get lean as possible

both the caliper and the muscle to fat ratio body scan test are incredibly inaccurate and should be considered ambiguous at best. it's seems to me that you're at least 15% bf. not hating or anything I just have considerable experience in both receiving and giving those tests. i'm about 12% bf in my avi
