12% body fat come on abs!

currently at 75kgs need to shred 5 more kgs.

Iv been on a slow cut for 3 months flexible dieting.

How tall are you? Prob not 12% if youve got that much fat around your abs still... unless youre genetics suck assss

ive had the same issue, most likely need to build ab muscles up more, or possibly not the greatest ab genetics, or a combination or both. The only thing you can do is get lean as possible

true on the building abs part i have weak upper abs iv noticed during some testing. i had at the beginning 17% body fat.

both the caliper and the muscle to fat ratio body scan test are incredibly inaccurate and should be considered ambiguous at best. it's seems to me that you're at least 15% bf. not hating or anything I just have considerable experience in both receiving and giving those tests. i'm about 12% bf in my avi

Not 12%. Calipers are an inaccurate testing method. More like 14-15%.

Gonna agree with others, you're a bit more than 12%. Not looking bad, but you have a little ways to go.
