    Progress from 16-22

Didn't lift the whole time but I had anorexia and tried to start lifting when I joined this site, ended up quitting because I was introduced drugs and alcohol and didn't mind staying skinny but I started lifting again when I was 20. Thought it was cool to put the pics side to side and see the difference, I was probably like 40 something kg or 90lbs give or take. Now I'm 73.5kg/162lbs

I'm still on ICF 5x5, squatting 167kg for 3x5, 175kg deadlift 1x5, 92.5kg for 3x5 bench and 63kg OHP for 5x5. I decided to lower my bench to 3x5 to allow more weight increases, I do a bit of incline DB and db flyes to stimulate my chest a bit more. It seems to be working as my bench is going up but I may run Smolov jr in a few weeks anyway

I'm not sure whether to just stay on ICF 5x5 or try to find a different program. My lifts are going up and everyone is telling me about how swole I'm getting so keep on hustling for a bit I guess, I might stay on this until I'm done cutting next year as I was able to keep my strength up and had plenty of time for cardio lifting 3x a week last time I cut on this program
