Would the water weight and glycogen loss be similiar with a
very high protein, high fat, no carb diet (350/30/110)
compared to
Standard Keto (185/30/185)
Im not fussed about being "in ketosis" only to get rid of water weight and muscle glycogen, would the extra protein somehow inhibit water loss or does ketosis promote more water loss? wanting to lose alot of water in span of <3 weeks.
Thanks fellas, please no comments on "so much protein, drop it, wtf"

I don't know if it is relevant but I use imagery to help me understand. compare bread and rice and all carbs to sponge. if you think about it, all carbs absorb water. so if you have a lot of little sponges in your diet, you will hold water. fat and water physically can't mix. think of oil on water, it always separates.
