    thoracic spine mobility exercises

My thoracic spine has been locked for a few years now. What are some mobility exercises to loosen it up again?I can't take deep breaths because of it. I used to be in wrestling and we did shoulder rolls in our warmup. I tried one the other day and it knocked the fukcing wind out of me and there was a cute pain.

It literally feels like a steel rod is going straight through my back from the base of my neck to just below my shoulder blades. The joints above and below are hypermobile to compensate.
